It kept me on my toes, I appreciated the workouts with the alternative videos, coach made for us.

I'm really enjoying the challenge and the overall package, like the motivations in the WhatsApp group and the positive vibes in the group. Also, like I said the videos of you are great. I also like the schedule with rest days and active recoveries. And my general fitness improved a lot, so I'm happy.

The proof is really in the pudding. You got to taste it.

I believe everyone can do this, young or old.

I find that this challenge has honestly changed my mindset about exercises. I look forward to working out now, when I use to hate it. I feel that this is what I need, I eat what I want but now in portions and I feel great. I look forward to the next challenge.

The workouts are very good & the intensity increase has been great as well. The App is well structured & easy to understand, the WhatsApp group is great to keep one another motivated & accountable.

I fully enjoy the work outs. I'm lucky enough to have my parents join me on this journey, and between the 3 of us, we push ourselves.

I never thought that they would get up and work out, but they are doing this with me. I get motivated when the coach sends the work outs and the short work out clip that shows how the work out is done. During the course of the day, I pump myself up so that after work I'm ready for the challenge. I am absolutely happy that I joined HIIIIT and I have such an awesome coach who listens and motivates from far.
