HIIIIT is an online training and nutrition program designed for busy professionals, busy dads and busy mom’s, it can be done anywhere. HIIIIT gives you an easy-to-follow structure that can fit into even the busiest of lives.

It’s an introduction to the HIIIIT Philosophy, changing your relationship to food and lays the foundation for lifestyle changes, It also ensures that you have a solid fitness foundation and can safely progress to more advanced levels of training under HIIIIT's guidance. As a new member, when you purchase a Season Pass or an ALL Seasons Pass, you automatically get access to RESET.

To complete our workouts, all you need is some space at home and your phone! You can complete your entire program completely equipment free and create great results. However, if you’d like to use some home fitness equipment we have some great options for you too!

For years we have been told that monitoring calorie input and output is the only way to get results when it comes to losing weight. This way of thinking mean that many of us were spending unnecessary hours at the gym, and/or eating a dangerously low amount of food. People started eating food with the least amount of calories (think lite or low fat foods) without any consideration for the quality of food that they are eating.
HIIIIT Recipe packs are based around an abundance of predominantly non-starchy vegetables complimented by quality protein and good fats so it would be very difficult for someone to overdo calories (plus we keep the meal plans in check to ensure this doesn’t happen!).

RESET is HIIIIT's beginner's program designed for individuals who are new to fitness or need to reestablish their workout routine. It focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall fitness.

RESET is a 4-week program.

Expect to learn fundamental exercises, improve your fitness knowledge, and develop a consistent workout routine. The program builds each week in intensity, while also layered with nutritional guidance, Win the day and building good habits. This is not another challenge.

Every Season i.e. (Spring, Summer, Winter, Autumn), a fresh batch of workout routines is introduced and dropped in the Training App.
The Season Pass program is a 12-week access pass into this program. All routines are designed by HIIIIT for those who have completed the RESET program.

After 12 weeks you can see physical changes to your body, you will feel confident and have all the tools needed to maintain your health. In the Season Pass, you get 12 weeks of physically challenging workouts, Weekly Accountability, 3 Recipe Packs, Community support.

The ALL SEASONS program is a comprehensive 12-month fitness program designed by HIIIIT for individuals committed to long-term fitness and wellness. It’s a natural progression of the person building long term, sustainable lifestyle habits and it is suitable for those who have completed RESET and/or the Season Pass program.

The All Seasons program offers continuous support, weekly accountability, 12 recipe packs, a supportive community and a holistic approach to fitness under HIIIIT's guidance. It focuses on maintaining your progress, preventing plateaus, and promoting a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
