Spring - the awakening

HIIIIT RESET

Much like spring breathes life into the world after winter, the first four weeks of your fitness journey represent a period of awakening. You're planting the seeds of change, learning new exercises, and adjusting to healthier habits. Just as flowers bloom with care and nurturing, your body begins to adapt and show signs of progress.

SUMMER - the growth

Summer is a season of growth, energy, and vibrancy. As you step into your next season, your efforts begin to pay off. Muscles grow stronger, endurance improves, and you start to see noticeable changes. This phase reflects the excitement of summer activities as you embrace the challenges with enthusiasm and determination.

During this phase, we will build on the foundation set by the RESET program.

Expect the exercise intensity to ramp up, fat to burn and the muscle to grow as we hit our rhythm.

You might hit personal records in your workouts, 

fit into clothes you haven't worn in a while,

Winter marks the culmination of your year long fitness journey.

By now, your hard work, dedication and resilience have led to impressive results. Like farmers harvesting crops, you enjoy the rewards of your efforts, celebrating achievements and the positive changes you’ve made.

In the final stretch, we will learn the tools to keep you consistent with the mindset of being fit and healthy.

Every Season (about 12 weeks) a fresh batch of workouts is released to the Everfit App. After completing RESET you will jump straight into the current schedule with the HIIIIT SQUAD.
