TIMELINE OF PROGRESSION

RESET

Duration: 4 weeks

RESET is the foundational program, where you learn the basics of fitness, nutrition, mindset and habits over the course of 4 weeks.

It’s a pre-requisite, as it prepares you for the next programs.

HIIIIT4LIFE

Duration: LIFETIME

Exclusive to those who have completed a year, get unlimited lifetime sessions for $25 per month.



SEASON PASS

Duration: 12 weeks

During the Season Pass, you will go through RESET to build the framework.

This is followed by 8 weeks of increasing intensity to start solidifying progress.


ALL SEASONS

Duration: 52 weeks

All Seasons is the annual program, which encompasses both of the aforementioned programs and 8 more months of intensive, challenging and rewarding training.

You will develop the skills for your long-term fitness habit.
